Chefs Pate ~ A light chicken liver pate served with a crusty roll

Avocado Prawn Delight ~ Ripe avocados, succulent prawns and chilled melon served with homemade Marie rose sauce and a crisp salad

Black Pudding Tian ~ Served on a bed of mustard grain mash ~ topped with a fried egg

Wild Mushroom Fricassee ~ Pan-fried mushrooms and garlic, splashed with white wine and double cream served sat on a crouton

Roast Cheshire Turkey ~ Succulent turkey slices served with sausage and bacon rolls, cranberry sauce (homemade peach and cranberry stuffing) & vegetables of the day
